Pricing & Contracts

Why don't you show fixed prices for everything?

We show real starting points on the pricing page, not teasers, not ceilings. But the final number always depends on scope: how deep your tracking needs to go, how many channels, how complex your funnel is, and what you already have in place.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge flat monthly retainers based on the work and outcome, not a percentage of what you hand to Google or Meta. Percentage pricing penalises you for scaling and rewards us for nothing extra.

Are there any lock-in contracts?

No. Every engagement is 30 days notice, no questions asked, no exit fees. Work continues because it's performing, not because it's hard to leave.

What's the minimum engagement length?

For ongoing retainers, we recommend 3 months minimum to see meaningful signal, but you're not contractually held to it. One-off builds are one-offs.

Do you require a setup fee?

For paid channels, usually yes. There's real setup work: pixel, CAPI, campaign architecture, creative. For other services it depends. It's always itemised on the proposal, never hidden.

Do you offer discounts for bundling services?

Yes. Bundles are priced more efficiently than buying services separately, because the work is more joined-up. See the Recommended Pairings on the pricing page.

How do you invoice?

Monthly retainers invoice at the start of each month, 14-day payment terms. One-off projects invoice 50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery. Bank transfer or card.

What happens if I cancel?

You give 30 days notice, we wind down the work cleanly, and you keep everything: ad accounts, tracking, dashboards, landing pages, email flows. No black-box methodology holding you hostage.

Process & Onboarding

What happens on the first call?

30 minutes. No deck. We ask about the bottleneck, the commercial shape of the business, and what you've tried. You end the call with a clearer view of the problem, whether you work with us or not.

What does the audit cover?

We review your GA4, ad accounts, site structure, tracking setup, and funnel. You get a written summary of what's leaking, what's working, and what the first move should be.

How long from sign-off to launch?

Depends on the service. A landing page and paid campaign stack is usually 10–14 days. Tracking and attribution builds are 2–3 weeks. SEO strategy work starts immediately; results compound over months.

What do you need from me to start?

Access, not passwords, to GA4, Google Ads, Meta, your CMS, and domain DNS. Brand guidelines if they exist. A 60-minute kickoff to align on offer, audience, and commercial goal. Then we take it from there.

Will you work with my existing agency / freelancer / in-house team?

Yes, often. We slot into the gap, for example running paid media while your in-house team owns content, or handling tracking while your dev team owns the site. Clear RACI on day one.

What if you recommend something you don't do?

We'll tell you and point you at someone who does it better. Selling a service when the real problem is elsewhere in the funnel is how clients end up resentful in month four.

Services & Channels

Which channels do you manage in-house?

All of them. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, SEO, email, CRM, landing pages, and tracking, all run by the same team, which is the point. No subcontracted partner networks.

Do you build websites?

We build conversion-focused landing pages and funnel flows, and rebuild or optimise existing sites for CRO. We don't build 50-page corporate sites from scratch.

What CRMs and tools do you work with?

HubSpot, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, GTM, GA4, and Looker Studio. If you're already on something specific, we'll meet you there.

Do you work with ecommerce or just lead-gen?

Both, but we specialise in considered-purchase lead-gen where the funnel is longer and follow-up matters. That's where our measurement and attribution work pays off most.

What's "AI Search Visibility (GEO)"?

Structuring content so your business surfaces in AI-assisted search like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. A rising share of buyer research now happens there.

Can I start with just one service?

Yes. Most clients start with one, usually whichever bottleneck is biggest, and add services as the system matures. The sequencing matters more than the volume.

How much ad spend do I need?

For paid to generate learning signal fast, we recommend around £1,500–3,000/month minimum on the primary channel. Below that, SEO and email may be the smarter starting point.

Reporting & Data

How often do I get reports?

Live Looker Studio dashboard, always on. Plus a monthly written summary covering what we did, what it produced, what we learned, and what we're doing next.

Which metrics do you actually report on?

Commercial first: qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, pipeline value, conversion rate, and channel contribution. Vanity metrics are there for diagnostics but never the headline.

Who owns the data and tracking setup?

You do. Always. Every dashboard, GTM container, GA4 property, and pixel sits on your accounts. If we part ways, you keep everything.

Do you do server-side tracking?

Yes. Server-side GTM, Meta CAPI, enhanced conversions, consent mode v2, offline conversion imports. The full attribution stack for accurate signal in a cookie-restricted world.

Can I see a sample dashboard?

Yes. We'll share an anonymised sample on the discovery call so you can see exactly what you'd get before committing.

Team & Communication

Who actually does the work?

The senior specialists on the team, the same people you meet on the first call. No handoff to a junior account manager. No white-labelled offshore work.

How do we communicate day-to-day?

A shared Slack or Teams channel, weekly async updates, and a scheduled monthly review call. Ad-hoc calls whenever you need one.

What's your response time?

Under 24 hours on weekdays for anything meaningful. Usually much faster. Urgent things get handled same-day.

Where are you based?

UK-based team. We work with clients across the UK, Europe, and North America. Meetings by Google Meet or Teams.

What industries do you work with?

Considered-purchase services, B2B SaaS, professional services, home improvement, health and wellness, and high-ticket ecommerce. We don't work with gambling, adult, or crypto speculation.
