Do I need a website to get a professional email?

No. You only need a domain name — not a live website. We can set up your professional email using your domain even if your website is still being built or doesn't exist yet. We'll help you register a domain if you need one.

What if I don't have a domain name yet?

No problem. We'll help you find and register the perfect domain for your business as part of the setup process. Premium plan includes a free domain registration. We recommend a .co.uk or .com to maximise credibility.

Is it Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Neither — we use a dedicated business email platform that delivers enterprise-grade security, deliverability, and features without the complexity or price tag of Workspace or 365. You get a clean webmail interface and full device sync across all your apps.

Can I keep my existing emails when I switch?

Yes. We can migrate your existing email history from Gmail, Outlook, or any other provider. We run both accounts in parallel during the transition so you never miss a message, and your full email history comes with you.

How long does setup take?

Usually 24–48 hours from when you complete the form. DNS propagation typically takes a few hours, after which we configure everything and send your login details. We'll be in touch within one working day to confirm the details.

How many mailboxes can I get?

As many as you need. Each mailbox is priced per the plan rate, so you can start with one and add more at any time. We also set up catch-all mailboxes and forwarding rules so you never miss an email sent to any address at your domain.

What email apps can I use?

Any app that supports IMAP or SMTP — which is essentially all of them. This includes Apple Mail, Outlook, Gmail app, Thunderbird, and more. We configure all your devices for you so everything works from day one.

What support is available after setup?
